Can I take my dietary supplements in combination?Updated 6 months ago

In food, nutrients usually occur as a mixture, in which they often support each other's absorption. Harmoniously balanced, high-quality multi-preparations are a sensible supplement in this regard. The combination of various dietary supplements is therefore usually possible, and often even beneficial. In some cases, a time interval between taking different preparations is advisable to exclude mutual inhibition of absorption. Especially minerals can inhibit each other's absorption at higher doses. In general, we recommend following the dosage recommendations stated on the label to prevent potential overdosing as well as absorption inhibition.
