You don't want to keep the ordered product after all or bought the wrong item or quantity? These things happen! You have a 30-day return period with us. Within this time, you can return the unopened items without giving reasons for a refund or exchange to the following address:

Important: Please make sure to return the goods insured (package with tracking number, not as a parcel), as the parcel service cannot be held liable for the value of the goods in case of loss.
Important: Please include a note with your order number with the return so our warehouse colleagues can allocate the goods.
The return is at your own expense and will not be covered by MoleQlar.

After receiving and processing your return, we will of course refund you the purchase price. This may take up to 14 days. Please note that we only accept unopened goods for return.
