How to return your order

Simply enter your order number and email address.
Start your return directly online.
Return conditions
Returns are possible within 30 days.
Only unopened items in their complete original packaging are eligible for a refund.
Opened or unsealed products cannot be refunded for hygienic reasons.
Processing & Refund
Once your return has been received, you’ll get a confirmation email.
The refund – minus the return shipping costs – will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method used.
