How can I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges including offsetting individual item prices. If you wish to return an item, please send it back to us. For additional or alternative items, you can then place a new order.
How can I return a product?
You don't want to keep the ordered product after all or bought the wrong item or quantity? These things happen! You have a 30-day return period with us. Within this time, you can return the unopened items without giving reasons for a refund or exchan
