When can I expect my refund?
The refund will be processed as soon as possible after your return has been processed. Please understand that this may take up to 14 days.
How can I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges including offsetting individual item prices. If you wish to return an item, please send it back to us. For additional or alternative items, you can then place a new order.
How can I return a product?
Use our returns portal. Simply enter your order number and email address. Start your return directly online. Returns are possible within 30 days. Only unopened items in their complete original packaging are eligible for a refund. Opened or unsealed p
